At the MCUI prize giving in the La mon Hotel, Sam received the Davy Wood Schoarship award for the Newcomer of the Year. This was a great honour for Sam, giving him a great motivation for the oncoming season. Sam also received awards for third in both the Ulster and Irish Championships.
Lyons Racing have purchased a Kawasaki 300 that they are currently preparing for the new season. Sam will be riding this bike in the ACU Kawasaki Junior cup!
